Warranty

Warranty terms

  1. The manufacturer guarantees that the boiler complies with the mandatory requirements of TU U 25.2-30625659-001:2015, provided that the installation, storage, transportation, and operation rules are followed.

  2. The warranty period is 36 months from the date of purchase.

  3. During the warranty period, any issues caused by the manufacturer’s fault are resolved by the manufacturer’s representatives or local service centers, with the required spare parts delivered at the manufacturer’s expense. A note about the completed repair must be made in this manual.

  4. If any boiler component fails during the warranty period, a specialized installation and commissioning organization must prepare an inspection report. This report, along with the completed detachable warranty coupon, a copy of the commissioning certificate, and the defective component, must be sent by the owner to the manufacturer.

    The owner must first notify the manufacturer by phone about the boiler failure. If it is confirmed that the malfunction occurred due to the manufacturer’s fault, the repair, correction of defects, or replacement of the defective component will be carried out with the manufacturer’s assistance.

    If the defective component or the inspection report is missing, the manufacturer will not accept warranty claims.

ATTENTION!

The boiler owner loses the right to warranty service, and the manufacturer bears no responsibility, does not guarantee trouble-free operation, and removes the boiler from warranty in the following cases:

  • failure to comply with boiler installation, operation, and maintenance rules;
  • improper storage, handling, or transportation of the boiler by the owner or the selling organization;
  • any modifications or alterations made by the owner to the boiler design that are not approved by the manufacturer’s technical documentation;
  • absence of the selling organization’s stamp in the warranty repair coupon and proof of purchase;
  • freezing or overheating of the boiler followed by the supply of cold water, resulting in a crack in the boiler body.

After the boiler is sold, claims regarding incomplete set configuration or mechanical damage will not be accepted.

  1. If any boiler component fails during the warranty period due to the owner’s fault, or if the boiler malfunctions after the warranty period has expired, the manufacturer may carry out the replacement or repair of the faulty component at the owner’s expense.
